Start of the sound archiving project. Travels around south eastern asia, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, with collection of sounds, in order to reinterpret them and recreate sound journeys.

- "Barbara Lambert’s (b. 1977, France) practice explores the capacity of sound to impact our perception of environment using field recordings and improvisation techniques. She creates interactive sound installations and sound compositions that interrogate the possibility of sound paradoxes and create situations where contradictory sounds confront each other. Through these approaches, Lambert attempts to reconstruct the sounds of memories, often by returning and rerecording the sounds of physical spaces of her past in order to generate a sort of sonic snapshot or auditory environment."
Former student in sound design and music technologies at the London College of Communication, graduated in Cultural History and Political Sciences at the Universities of Human and Social Sciences, In Toulouse, France.

- Connecting IR sensors to my computer creating dialectical and aleatory compositional techniques
- Staying outside waiting for the rain to stop (or not) so I can record sounds for hours
- Building contact mics, interact with them and listen to the sounds I trigger using MAX msp patches that I design
- Playing on a glockenspiel like a child
- Playing the tuba as a horn boat and experimenting real time sound effects
- Hitting the keys of my piano like an old cat
- Saying that Pro tools is the best for sound editing and using Logic Pro and a MOTU 896 HD
- Giving nicknames to my mics (Adieu Crystal Voice!)
